About the Client:
American City Business Journals (ACBJ) is the largest publisher of metropolitan, business newsweeklies in the United States with 43 business publications across the country, reaching more than 3.6 million readers each week. They also offer specialty publications for sports fans, sports business readers and classic car enthusiasts.
In 1984, we were hired by American City Business Journals (ACBJ) to create subscription management software. They were looking for a system that would help them grow a new business venture by managing their subscription database.
When we first began working together in the 80’s, our platform managed a single publication at a time. Around 1999, ACBJ converted to our current configuration, which oversees multiple publications at once. Since that time, they have continued to partner with us on a number of developments. Most recently, we have created integrations with other platforms and added scanning capabilities to the system.
“To say ACBJ has been with us from the start is an understatement. They are the reason we created a subscription management system and essentially, changed the course of our business. Since that time, we have continued to partner on new development projects, and I look forward to seeing how we can continue to expand our platform’s capabilities together.”
