As an optional service not included with our standard implementation, ePublishing will provide a tool that allows you to set up new libraries/site licenses within the system – including login information for readers and the librarian/manager. As new pages are developed or existing pages revised, the site map protocol is created or changed nightly. ePublishing also develops the supporting robots.txt file. The robots text directs Google, Yahoo!, Bing, MSN, and ASK.com as to the location of the sitemap protocol so you do not need to submit after every update. Simply working in the system is all that is required to make the Search Engines aware of your content.
