With its June 2014 SaaS platform release, ePublishing announces a sweeping upgrade to its Events System to enable clients to produce and market custom events.
Unlike other events software, ePublishing's Events System is integrated with eCommerce, Audience Data Management and Content Management. Publishers can process registrations and synchronize registrant data with email lists to schedule confirmations, reminders and ongoing promotions.
ePublishing's Events System eliminates content and data silos, allowing publishers to present events with contextually related articles. Best of all, it is available to all clients as part of ePublishing's Software as a Service model.

Create Custom Events
Now you can promote Events with customizable features to create an intuitive and informative experience for your audience. You can now create sections for speakers, sponsors, or promotional videos. As always, you’ll be able to present contact information, agenda, session information, speakers and images.
Add Your Event Logos
Another important design element to brand your events is your logo: we’ve added a new field - Featured Image - and depending on the page design, present a full-sized or thumbnail image.
Using built-in registration tools generates new leads and gives you the ability to send reminders and updates AND market future events. Register walk-ins on the day of or add phoned-in event registrations in addition to registrations entered on your Events site. Bulk update attendees, including seating and session assignments and other commonly used fields.
Event eMail Marketing
Now you can send registration confirmations, schedule reminders, and promote upcoming events to your event attendees. We’v enhanced our eMail Service Provider integration to accommodate event attendee lists to target event marketing and cross-selling. Simply create a mailing list on your ESP just for a single event or multiple events. Then, update the new Remote Mailing List field on the Event Manager with that list ID. New event registrants will be added to the mailing list and you can keep in touch!
