Fresh on the heels of our Enhanced Video Pages update, here are the enhancements we’re rolling out to manage actionable user data, engage readers and increase Revenue Per Reader:
Need a list of expiring subscribers? Want to know which subscribers haven’t visited this month? With this update, that information and more will be at your fingertips.
How does it work? The screenshot below illustrates the expanded tools for analyzing user behavior and engagement. Now, you’ll have actionable data, viewed online or exported in XML or Excel formats, to increase sales and refine editorial strategy.
Here are a few suggestions for how you can guide content and marketing tactics to generate more revenue:
Test new content or marketing tactics by tracking who accesses specific content
Schedule updates based on when individual readers visit your site
Monitor subscribers coming up for renewal to make certain they are engaged and receiving value.

You may have seen the announcement from Google about their plan to globally upgrade their analytics tools to a new version called Universal Analytics. Since Google Analytics is part of our SaaS model, we are rolling out the framework upgrade to Universal Analytics at no cost. Your Solutions Manager will contact you to prepare for the update which will roll out in the coming weeks. Do your users register for events online? If not, you’ll want to consider using the enhanced ePublishing Events system to handle registrations.
With this update to Event Attendee Management coming this summer, you’ll have a complete system for handling registrations and event administration:
Send confirmation and reminder emails directly to all event attendees: Attendee records can now be synchronized with your eMail Service Provider making communication easier.
More details to go: Export attendee details allowing you to accommodate groups, manage sessions and target future promotions.
Increase efficiency: Update all common fields for selected attendees at one time with one form.

Custom Sections for Events
By popular demand, this fall we will roll out custom sections for events. Break out from the description field! With a few layout tweaks to your site’s style sheets, you will be able to group event content into tabs, create callouts, pop-ups and more.
If you’ve ever wanted to include a poll on an article or an image gallery on an event, starting this fall, you can. With new options in the Related Content Manager, you can add to the engaging content — articles, products, events, directory listings, blogs, polls, image galleries — to increase pageviews, time on site and purchases.
