Reliability

June 11, 2010

ePublishing has created the most robust hosting solution possible, built over years of experience in managing high-load, high-availability, enterprise web applications.

Our two independent carrier-neutral facilities are located in Ashburn, VA, and Chicago, IL, creating geographic diversity and maximum exposure to both North American and international markets. Multi-path fiber-optic links and onsite diesel generators with battery backup are integrated into each facility.

Using multiple clustered servers in a redundant failover configuration within those data centers provides a backup server for each system in place. If an action fails or causes an error on a server, the problem is instantly recognized and that server is brought offline, while another server picks up the load in its place.
