We have some very good news to share with you.

Since we announced our plans to phase out of the business of content management, we have worked with top publishing software and product developers to ensure the seamless continuation of the Ellington CMS and Marketplace platforms.  This means that support, development, and new implementations of Ellington CMS & Marketplace software will continue.

We are pleased to announce the pending acquisition of Mediaphormedia assets by industry leader ePublishing.com.  The World Company and ePublishing are finalizing details of the transaction, to be concluded by July 16, 2012.

Many of you are familiar with ePublishing, a cloud-based SaaS provider of integrated Content Management, eCommerce, and CRM solutions.  Since 1997, they have provided software, development, design, and 24 x 7 customer service to publishers large and small.
